      Pros

      - comparatively not a bad compensation - did not have any rude, mean, or disrespectful interactions with any other employees

      Cons

      - super unorganized company - the focus is only on keeping the clients happy and does not care about the well-being of the employees - had to work with incompetent "engineers", most of whom do not have a degree in CS or SW engineering and do not know the basic knowledge of engineering and software development
