      Pros

      Leena AI has been a genuinely strong place to grow. I have had access to supportive leadership, hands-on coaching, meaningful ownership, and a culture that recognizes effort and results. The team moves fast, celebrates wins, and encourages people to take initiative. I have also appreciated how closely the SDR, marketing, sales, and leadership teams work together around events, inbound, and pipeline generation.

      Cons

      It is a fast-moving environment, so priorities can shift quickly and it can take time to get fully comfortable with the pace. Expectations are high, but they are matched by opportunity, visibility, and support.
