- They didn't hesitate to fire people when COVID happened - Family business, and it shows - Poor management / HR - Directors are rude, shout / swear at people - Poor processes - Reactive instead of proactive

Great projects to gain experience
Cons
Employees are made to work 60 hours a week, but paid 38 hours! Overloaded with work and tpxic work culture. Despite of being eligible for Job Keeper, 80% staff was made redundant on onset of Covid crisis!
