Pros

Good work-life balance, don't work extra hours

Cons

Extremely poor pay - Minimum wage salaries while expecting professional-level work and commitment. Toxic senior leadership - SLT creates a hostile work environment with zero respect for employees. Brutal layoff process - Mass terminations handled with complete disregard for human dignity or basic decency. Terrible workplace culture - Management treats staff like disposable resources rather than people.

Pros

People are nice. Benefits were good.

Cons

Upper management seems to be clueless and repeatedly engaged in George Constanza like schemes to entice employees into doing free work to "improve the company". The real problem was that management clearly didn't understand the difference between flashy and useful. So, useless activities that looked impressive was prioritized over actually useful improvements.

Pros

Initially a great place to work with some passionate people in the business. That ended quickly.

Cons

After 3.5 years of committed service, I was dismissed without any notice, warning, or formal process, no redundancy consultation, no performance issues, just a sudden and unexplained termination. Labelled as low performance even though I never had a performance review and my last assessment was deemed exceeding in the role. In the weeks leading up to my dismissal, there had been a wave of redundancies and exits, raising questions about transparency and the company’s treatment of long serving employees. Zero accountability or communication from senior leadership when concerns were raised. A toxic culture has been developing since Sam Schofield joined as CRO Officer and the CEO Benoit de la tour. Both have been repeatedly labelling “low performance” as unacceptable in team meetings, yet performance reviews seem to be selectively enforced by the sales managers who are all cowards. Some genuinely low performing individuals remain in the business, while others who have consistently delivered value were let go without explanation. Morale has plummeted, and trust in leadership is at an all time low. Decision making at senior level has become unclear , with little to no regard for employee wellbeing or fair process.
