Pros

Great team in learning experience. Lots of trust from your managers, flexible working hours, work can be fun and creative.

Cons

Not sure I feel safe - freeze on promotions and hiring, highly questionable rebrand and salaries are incredibly low. The senior leadership don't seem to value their staff as much as they should. I don't feel there is much room to grow unfortunately.

Pros

- People are amazing - you work in a smaller, tight-knit team and can build great relationships and great products. - Ownership and freedom of your work - you get to decide what to work on and how to approach it - Flexible working - start early or finish late, there's a lot of flexibility to fit to your schedule. - Summer hours - this years seeing a 3 1/2 months of early finish on Fridays (although it's only 2 hours less). - Good work/life balance - so far I've not experienced or seen anyone having to work overtime and people are allowed to take time back if they work longer.

Cons

- No communication on salary reviews or bonuses. - Leadership is proud of their finances, but most of that is from cost cutting rather than revenue generation. - Remote culture can be a bit cold - no additional benefits like lunch vouchers. - No Xmas party if you don't live near one of the offices. - Processes aren't clearly signposted - you'll have to chase people to work out how to do things around here. - No clear career progression paths - left in the dark about promotions even though they advertise for senior roles for other products in the business. - Too many products - with all the acquisitions, it's easy for the vision and purpose of each individual product to get lost. This also leans into more focus going on the acquisitions rather than fixing the existing products properly.
