      Pros

      Market leading product keeps you motivated, even when Saas industry is going through ups and downs. - Customers are happy, so LeanData grows with them - The people/team are awesome to work with - Some smart folks on the Ops/Sales/Leadership team make it fun to collaborate and strategize as the company grows and scales - New products being built keep the portfolio and TAM fresh

      Cons

      - Not specifically a con for LeanData, as they've done a great job running a more lean budget to weather economic times, but it can be challenging to be remote for a majority of the year (aside from 1 or 2 events). It would be beneficial to have at least a quarterly in-person opportunity for remote employees.

      - Amazing culture with lots of events year-round - Fast-paced work environment - Inspirational and transparent leaders/managers who support growth and learning opportunities

      - Tends on the lower range in terms of benefits - Not fully remote for select teams (hybrid)

      Pros

      There are genuinely some nice people there who are looking to help each other succeed.

      Cons

      Lack of 401K match and low pay compared to other tech companies in tech. I've also never been at a company where it was discouraged to ask for help and none was provided given that there is barely any technical training given. This is also a male dominated company with only 1 female in a leadership role.
