Cons

10% of people are a nightmare. When a department leader is inspired by a fictional show called Ted Lasso but does not know the first thing about coaching, it all becomes a giant joke. Lack of respect, favoritism, and simply not understanding the product or landscape is a recipe for disaster. Save your time.
