There are many opportunities for travel.

Cons

Working for LeadSimple is mentally and physically exhausting. Our leadership here is unreasonable. It seems like most of our managers have no idea just how time-consuming and tiring our responsibilities are because they always set unrealistic targets. On top of the unreasonable expectations and unattainable goals, we also receive awful pay.

A few coworkers were helpful, but they were just as lost.

Cons

The engineering manager didn’t provide any structured onboarding, forcing new employees to figure everything out themselves. There was no documentation, no training, and no clear guidelines on best practices. Mistakes happened constantly because no one was set up for success.

Expect nothing from this company. Even the HR head is fake. Keep your expectations extremely low or do not expect anything at all.

Cons

Leadership is arrogant, untrustworthy, and completely unethical. Promises to employees and clients are consistently broken. The toxic behavior of management is the reason for the high employee and client turnover.
