      Pros

      The best part about working at Lazorpoint is the culture they've created. Everyone I work with is talented, and wholly dedicated to the team. They're innovative and born leaders, but beyond that they're quality people that I enjoy spending time with in the lunchroom or at wing nights.

      Nothing notable. The are too small for the large clients and too big for the small clients.

      Cons

      I don't think upper management knows what is going on within the company when it comes down to the lower ranks within Lazorpoint, and has no clue about changes that have been made that have a negative impact on Lazorpoint as a whole. Seems to me that management either doesn't care who they place in these positions and they aren't willing to give experienced people a real chance to show their skills and talents. This makes employees start to look elsewhere for employment opportunities where they are supported by management and are able to advance in a company.

      Lazorpoint is a great place to work for the right kind of person. The culture there is one of high standards and excellence. The right person must have a strong work ethic and an internal drive to give it their all. The team is a very welcoming and helpful one, just know that they are expecting the best out of you as they expect of themselves. They take pride in their work and appreciate a job well done. You get a lot of rope at Lazorpoint. I enjoy the amount of autonomy and flexibility. In summary, the opportunities to grow and advance are limitless. I can promise that you'll never go hungry at Lazorpoint.

      Cons

      I think the cons of Lazorpoint are pretty typical of a small company and being in the IT industry. Being a small company, you tend to wear a lot of hats and that takes energy to balance and manage correctly. Being in IT, things can get intense, there will be critical issues and outages, there will be irate clients. Don't expect your day to be over at 5. These aren't so much as cons as it is just the nature of the beast.
