Pros

Great place to try your hands and politics Wish I could rate zero stars

Cons

Tldr - you've been warned, can't recommend this place even 1%, better to stay unemployed than get a job here In my 16 years of professional career, this is the most mismanaged, run down, horrendous work environment I've seen. 1. The leaders are in their own bubble which is so far away from the reality. 2. Barely 2 people per engineering teams that are carrying the entire group, while severely overworked. 3. No actual work gets done ever, everything gets buried under politics and extremely poor misaligned decisions. 4. The work gets reprioritized several times a day with no clear communication or explanation. 5. Three "God-Tier" engineers make decisions which are always contradictory 6. Other departments besides engineering are almost as screwed 7. HR is NOT your friend more true here than any other place 8. All departments are actively trying to cut headcount post the hack.

Pros

Some genuinely great coworkers. Cool snack station.

Cons

Don’t let the rating fool you. Employees are asked to leave 5-star reviews. The people doing the real work eventually burn out and leave. Favoritism is rewarded, leadership is out of touch, and feedback is ignored until it’s too late.

Pros

- You get to work on genuinely great products - Everyone is smart, driven, and works hard - A lot of talented and nice people on the team - Culture feels a bit “we’re all suffering together but smiling through it”

Cons

- Management can feel messy with obvious favoritism - Priorities and directions change constantly with little communication - People get let go suddenly without much feedback or warning - Very political and pretty cut-throat if you’re not close with senior leadership - Work-life balance is pretty rough - Lack of structure means constant fights for resources and shifting priorities - Communication feels very top-down. You’re mostly told what to do, but feedback from the team rarely feels heard.
