Good interview prep for when you get the interview for the job you ACTUALLY want.

Cons

I thought LaunchSource was great at first. They were all very friendly and open, however they try to differentiate themselves as a "career-accelerator" but they're just like any other recruiting firm that doesn't help you find or get a job. I relied a little to heavily on this "startup" to help me find a job, but after the phone screen and Skype interview, I got accepted into their "3-5%" candidates, but after that I never heard from them again. Completely unprofessional. This company is absolute garbage, do not waste your time with them.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry that we were not able to get you hired, but we do hope that the interview prep was helpful for you finding a job outside of LaunchSource. Candidate experience is our biggest priority, which is why we don't charge candidates anything, and try to provide the best coaching we can. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that everyone in our program gets hired. Our mission is to help candidates feel more prepared for interviewing, teach some soft skills, and then present candidates to employers in a more personal way rather than simply forwarding a resume to a hiring manager. I apologize for the lack of communication and will be looking into what happened so we can avoid that in the future. We wish you all the best with your job search.

-Start up culture allows for flexibility with responsibilities, creates a space where input and ideas are valued and allows you to collaborate directly with the CEO and other upper level management -The impact of everyday work and projects are directly visible (both from team and customer feedback) -Role requires you to oversee and manage high level operational projects which provide opportunities to showcase and develop creative problem solving, communication, leadership, time management, networking and organizational skills -LaunchSource is a friendly, knowledgeable, hands-on, fast-paced and career opening company -Left with an immense amount of knowledge, tips and advice on best interview practices -Established incredible professional connections that open doors and opportunities to advance in my career

Great Resource for Finding a New Job

Pros

Better than any recruiter I've ever worked with. The first job they connected me with I fell in love and was able to land a position in about a month. The process might feel slow, but I feel like they definitely helped me make an impression on my new employer.

Cons

I wasn't too clear at first what LaunchSource was through the Indeed posting, but the initial phone call helped to understand what they did.
