- Ability to make decisions so long as you take responsibility for them - People like to unblock others - Work asynchronously - Knowledge sharing is built into the culture - Blameless retrospectives - We're all pretty cool
Cons
- LaterPay to date has not found a way to abolish time zones, but we try really hard

C level interference smothers a lot of processes. Unclear, often changing product strategy. Questionable market adoption.
