Great growth opportunities but poor communication and micromanagement

Overall, I am happy with my position with the company. I have had the chance to grow into different areas of the business which has kept me happy professionally. The people at this company are great-they really care about giving our patients the best experience. I never take for granted that we change peoples lives.

Cons

Constant changes without communication. Micro managing. Acting like people are being heard, but then doing something else.
