Terrible morale and culture. CEO is powerless and being led around by the semi absent investor/owner who doesn't care about the business

They have a great ACH risk reporting product.
Cons
The owners are clueless about how a sales organization needs to be run. They think "If we build it they will come". Not getting paid on time. No consistency on pricing...we just tried to squeeze every nickel we could from our clients without trying to build long term partners.
