      - Good health and safety protocols and glad to hear it was a priority - Opportunities for training and upskilling. Definitely grew with this company - Understanding of circumstances outside the workplace such as sickness and mental health issues

      -Co-workers were a bit off at times. Mainly the male ones. Everyone else was good -Slight disagreements between management and field staff regarding methodologies and time constraints
