      Great if you value working fully remote.

      Cons

      Used to be a 4 day work week, after US company acquisition they changed it back to 5 days.

      Pros

      -4 day workweek but that’s to keep people from quitting -honestly can’t think of anything else

      Cons

      -questionable management -promotions granted to the wrong people -poor benefits -barely any vacation or sick days -lack of culture -hybrid work environment but the office is almost always empty -high turnover -dev team is mediocre, nothing gets fixed within a reasonable time frame
