      Pros

      Enjoyed the work. Great people and management is very friendly.

      Cons

      Low pay for the work. No growth potential. Very limited training procedures in place. American company that treats it's Canadian division as it's ugly cousin (refusing to hire additional employees when desperately needed and refusing to update building). Very ugly building, poor ventilation, dark lighting, multiple people squeezed into small offices.

      Pros

      It's a company values on people. It helps build up people and treats everyone equally. I am lucky to witness this company growing from a family business to over 600+ employees as of 2024. The compensations have become more than fair especially in recent years due to its growth.

      Cons

      Canadian office/facility is one of the original facilities since the company established, which is getting old and small. The good news is there is discussion going on about moving to a close by but larger facility soon.
