Pros
Small company, so you are not dealing with a bunch of corporate garbage. I usually delt directly with the big boss for just about everything. Pay is fantastic and management takes good care of you. I got Christmas presents from the big boss himself, which was super cool. This is contracting work, that will take you to several different states and potentially several different clients as well, as volatile as contracting can be, I never once had to worry about my job. I got to enjoy paid vacations and could take additional unpaid leave with reasonable notice. All in all, I love working for this company and will be back after I take a small break and go home for a bit.
Cons
The only con I can mention doesn't even have to do with the company, just the work itself. This is a contracting group, working for different telecoms in USA. The vendor can lay you off with zero notice which may prompt you to have to up and move, often to a different state to keep the money coming in. It's fantastic money though.
