The owner/manager is an angry, emotional person who handles her discontent with an employee out in the open so other employees can hear. The pay scale is low and there are no career development plans for employees. The company is also actively dishonest with customers charging for hours not worked by utilizing a technology called spoof.

Highly recommend that you avoid this company unless looking for a foot into the door into the PM field. Even so, you will hate project management after this role. They overwork their employees and pay them minimum, trying to pay them as least as possible. You are expected to swindle customers. When you leave they will not pay out your commissions fully, even if you work your 2 weeks. You have to fight the management team for your commissions which you are rightfully owed. You will be expected to work after hours even when not on call that night and they will not pay you for it. If you dont work the after hours even when you are not on call but you have a vendor onsite (vendors work in different timezones), project goes sideways and you have to pick up the pieces the next day. Expect to be on the phone ALL day (making and receiving calls). This job was a headache and they use and abuse employees until they quit.
