Pros

- You can say that you have a Job...

Cons

- They work you like a dog. Prepare to answer phone calls at 2:00 A.M. - They don't pay you like the job title implies. You will be struggling on the money end. - As far as management, you can expect them to be playing ping pong in the other room. They don't care about you. - My first impressions of the CEO were that of a nice, driven businesswomen... until she exploded on an employee in front of everyone else. Even the Management doesn't want her around. Oh and did I mention she has a personal company car and Driver? Its nice to see where the profits go... - Not a Professional place to work. It is a HR Nightmare. -You are nothing more than a number here. They even have a board with everyone ranked. -You Lie to the Kustomer (and yes spelled with a K) on a daily basis to extract as much money from them as possible. Oh and when your done with that you renegotiate with your subcontractor on the other end to make your gross profit even higher.(Per Managements Orders) - To be honest I have never ever been as stressed out in my entire life then I am now.

Pros

The other employees are nice and fun to work with

Cons

All of the “eagles” act like they are there to help but in reality will do everything they can to avoid addressing an issue or listening and responding to actual concerns. If they spent half as much time making improvements as they did taking surveys about why people are unhappy the company would be a lot better off. A lot of the upper managers take more vacations than they do actual work and when they are working are not available or approachable. The work life balance here is non existent and when you let them know you are over capacity they say they care but do nothing to help. The managers need to better manage their ecxpectations or actually try doing some work theirselves. There isn’t one ounce of diversity in this company. The thought of being different in the slightest might send them all into orbit.
