Pros
Friendly, positive, helpful management and team members. Very good at giving you just the right amount of challenge to make it interesting and not too much that you feel overwhelmed. Dispatchers are highly skilled and responsive to on road issues that you might face. Great exercise! Three days off for regular schedule or OT opportunities. Snacks, drinks and sometimes to go lunches available.
Cons
Have to be a little technologically savvy to run the apps, but as a novice I got it down after first two weeks. Great exercise, but also need to take care of yourself... sleep good, hydrate, stretch out plenty.
