Pros

LPP is a large and recognizable company, listed on the stock exchange, offering stability and benefits above the market average. For those seeking a corporate environment, the company offers strong market recognition.

Cons

During my tenure in the accounting department, I observed certain processes that are not aligned with modern HR standards and principles of equality: Lack of transparent meritocracy: In the accounting department, female employees consistently achieved greater professional contributions and results than male colleague in similar positions; however, these results were not adequately recognized or rewarded through career advancement. This approach discourages top professionals and creates an impression that career progression depends on subjective factors rather than actual results. Perception of former employees: It is entirely unfounded to label former employees who left the company nearly half a decade ago as "job hoppers." The professional success of former colleagues in other organizations should be an indicator of the quality of talent that has passed through the system, not a subject for informal, negative comments or prejudice. Data management and confidentiality: I observed practices that deviate from modern data protection standards. Informal sharing of information about former employees (reference/background checks) without their prior written consent is a practice that needs urgent modernization. These processes, besides not being aligned with personal data protection regulations, lead to unnecessary risks of leaking confidential business information (e.g., internal tax procedures), which is not in the company's interest. Communication style: During informal communications with third parties, speech patterns are used that are recognizable and characteristic of the local team, indicating a lack of discretion and an unprofessional approach in representing the company to external partners.

Pros

Getting free clothes from time to time was a nice small perk.

Cons

I’ve worked at other international companies before, and this was by far my most difficult experience. While many of my designs sold very well, the day-to-day experience as a fashion designer often felt discouraging. Especially when working with the sweaters team, the dynamic consistently felt dismissive rather than collaborative. Gossip was very common within this team, and the atmosphere often felt tense, unprofessional and uncomfortable. Responsibility for results didn’t feel shared fairly. At times, it felt like certain people were being blamed for outcomes, while others were treated differently depending on personal relationships. The environment felt uneven and unfair. On a more practical level, the day-to-day workplace experience also didn’t feel very supportive. There were no basic shared things like coffee, or fruit, and there was no dishwasher, so people had to queue and wash dishes by hand, which often took time. Over time, all of this made it difficult to feel psychologically comfortable or properly supported at work, even when the results of my work were strong.
