      - Team is young, very dynamic and extremely passionate in disrupting local trucking industry - Market is very traditional, company is leading pioneer so there are a lot of exciting opportunities and challenges - Open, fair and transparent culture - Start-up environment so there are many things that you can experiment with

      - Company is growing extremely fast (2.5x headcount in a year) so operation and procedures here and there might not be in place, but things have been improving

      Young, dynamic, fun team. Work hard, play hard and there is not shortage of challenges if you want to growth further
