      Salary was competitive (including bonus)

      Cons

      Senior credit controller. Allowed to work from home, but be prepared to be pulled into meetings the day after for disciplining. Flexible start times (8am-10am to 4pm-6pm), again be prepared for disciplining if you start after 9am.

We're delighted to have our teams back in the office after the challenges of the past few years, and we do offer a degree of flexibility for people to work remotely, when needed and with prior agreement with their direct line manager. We believe in supporting our internal team in taking their first steps into management and we offer a wide range of soft skills training to those at all levels in the Company.

      Chaotic and unprofessional

      The majority of people below the directors are great people and hard working

      Cons

      Directors cannot make decisions and are very underhanded and egotistical chaotic and disorganised do not value all their people unless your face fits Lack of communication even when people leave the business Do not allow people to do their jobs Post mental health support yet directors create mental health issues by making employees feel paranoid and undervalued

We are currently experiencing a great deal of change and sometimes this process brings a small amount of uncertainty. The growth LOFT has seen in the last 2 years has been phenomenal and we continue along our journey. We are really disappointed you feel you have not been supported; at LOFT we do want to look after everyone's physical & mental health , this is especially important at this time whilst we all learn to deal with the ongoing pandemic.       Warehouse / Operations staff are very friendly and welcoming

      Cons

      Decent training was hardly ever provided. Was made to do tasks I was not trained nor qualified for and was expected to do it without question and without fault. People were fired on the Friday and had someone in their role by the following Monday Printers, Internet and phones were a constant issue. MD is a very intense person Can be a very toxic office environment where you're looked down up on
