      A lot of potential, lack of management and vision

      Pros

      The company is flexible and technically competent. The tech team is talented.

      Cons

      There's no Global vision. The company is still stuck with french speaking stakeholders. For a global perspective, there's no opportunity to develop any relationship out of the french community.

      The ExCom team is composed of guys who basically did not do anything else in their life than Linkbynet. Exception for the CSO who rocks but who is desperately alone...

      Pros

      Really good place to learn the business and develop skills in IT. The management will give you opportunities to challenge yourself and they want you to be happy professionally. Great international presence. Great spirit.

      Cons

      Not everything is synchronize between the international offices. Some people have been working to long in the company and they are not willing to change their habit and see for the future.
