Cons

Management has downsized to the point that the company is disfunctional. Too much stress due to impossible workload. All decisions are made in the "Ivory Tower" and mostly poor ones.

Management only care about what they can get, their benefits Unreasonable workloads Minimal pay increases despite exceeding goals and expectations Always willing to take on more but nothing given back Company has no clue on the direction of the business and losing key customers due to poor management Management do not manage, they do not know how to deal with poor performance, rather than dealing with it head on they bury their heads in the sand.
