Pros

It was a relief that coworkers were not part of that chaos.

Cons

- Working here was exhausting, not because of the job itself but because of nonstop ego clashes. - Managers could not get along or work together at all. - It became a constant power struggle, each trying to outdo the other and force dominance. - The rest of us were caught in the middle and pushed beyond limits.

Pros

No advantages, just escape from this toxic management.

Cons

On May 24, 2026, LANDR disbanded its entire Product Design Team as part of a company restructuring. The remaining Product Managers were then tasked with handling design responsibilities, utilizing AI tools. Notably, prior to the designers' dismissal, they were instructed to develop automation for the design process. Merely two months later, the company found itself recruiting new product designers. Unsurprisingly, it became evident that human designers remain essential for creating designs, regardless of AI integration. This exemplifies the practices of a toxic company that demonstrably fails to support artists.

Toxic compagny

Pros

Good tech people and motivated

Cons

Leadership is clueless. The CEO Pascal micromanages product direction despite having zero industry expertise. His projects from the last three earn less than four figures per month. Senior leadership is technologically obsolete, clinging to outdated practices from Internet Explorer that stifle product growth. Management is driven by an obsession with speed and pleasing CEO, showing a blatant disregard for digital expertise and professional decency. Communication is nonexistent and the environment is toxic. The company is slowly being eaten alive by Gen AI giants and won't survive.
