Pros
The IT group is very well organized, competent, interesting, forward thinking, and an all around good team. Agile is quickly becoming the standard across all IT and will soon spread to other areas. Zero ethics issues and among the best shops in Cincy. I can VPN in from home when I need to and not need to dress biz-casual even when in the office. The parking is free and there's a coffee bar and cafe within the building. Next to zero drama, it's just working together to do good things for the business.
