      Pros

      I joined Koinex on 21, Nov 2017 and I learnt so much in just 8 months of my work. Tech team enthusiasm. People willing to teach new things to freshers like me. Made some good friends. Latest Tech stack, Microservice driven platform, Great tech team. Lots of opportunities. Freedom to do anything in tech. CTO, Tech lead and lead backend developer are the coolest people.

      Pros

      Very high ownership/ independence. You get a chance to work on some really exciting stuff. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow!

      Cons

      Currently follows an alternate Saturday week off structure. Relaxation without peace of mind on weekends can affect performance on weekdays.
