      Pros

      Company culture is one of the best parts of Kodify. The feeling that people love working together here is genuine. Management is competent and trusting of people to work and that they will get their job done without hand holding. Work hours are flexible and work from home has been optional since COVID. Outside of a few mandatory social events, it is mostly left up to the individual to choose where to work from. Health benefits are included. The employee training budget that everyone has access to is excellent and promotes personal growth. Multinational team collaboration is a nice plus as well. CEO is young and in touch. Senior management as a whole has an excellent employee first mentality.

      Cons

      Sometimes the time zone difference between some of the European offices can be a bit of a challenge to navigate. The health benefits aren't the best out there but they are pretty good.

      Very dynamic and fast paced and challenging environment. The company is flexible with working schedule and embraces a very strong culture: Work hard, play harder!

      Cons

      Sometimes multiple projects are overlapping, but that's pretty much happening in all companies, so prioritizing is key.
