Pros

- Good business - Great technology stack.

Cons

- Bad Salaries - Very Bad management, with Aristocracy mindset. - Very bad managers and very bad technical leaders. - Titles are distributed based on how many years you have been working for KN not how many years of experience or if you are qualified enough or not. - You can be fired anytime and you will be forced to leave the company in the same day. - The worst CEO you will ever meet. - You will sign a contract with a different salary, and you will be on a very low insurance slide. - Only leaders or people who work for the company for many years have the authority to do whatever they want, you will not be able even to choose where to set. - No work life balance, no overtime and no credit for what you are doing.

Thank you for your feedback and appreciate it. Wishing your good luck with your new challenge. However, we’ve some points regards your comment: • We don’t have a former implementation member that had worked for KN for 1-2 years. All formers were 2+ years or a member who had only 7 months in the company. • We’ve maintained all positions technically and soft-skills from fresh grades till management level throughout years in KN • Regards working on weekends and overworking hours, it is part of the implementation job and it is defined from day one in the job description and the HR interview. However, we always compensate our implementation team either by taking bonuses at the beginning of each year or by giving them an open vacation balance that can be used anytime after any peak period. And it was done for all our implementation team either currently in KN or formers. Again, thank you as we are taking into consideration any feedback as it will enhance our process and working environment.
