      You can make decent money in a short amount of time

      Stuck on shift in certain homes for DAYS at a time with no relief, they promise it gets better -- never did.

      I honestly can’t think of any pros about working for this company.

      Cons

      I have never seen a company that treats employees so badly, especially the low level employees. Frontline staff get stuck on shift for 16-48 hours because it is illegal to leave before they are relieved. KIM is constantly understaffed, having 50+ positions open at any given time. But the owner/administrator keeps adding clients anyway.
