- Does not provide regular and ongoing performance reviews unless you beg and pester your manager multiple times over several weeks/years for one. - Does not provide salary increases regardless of how well you perform. Expect to only get paid what you originally signed and agreed to on your employment contract. - Cost of living increases, if you're lucky enough to receive one, are random and inconsistent at best. Some people will get them, others will not. - Pays only $0.25/km for mileage when expected to travel between stores - High staff turnover both at Head office and in-store. - Makes many promises during the interview process that are never followed through (ie: Paid job training, job promotions) - NO PAID OVERTIME - Their "time in lieu" policy is BS and you will be frowned upon when you attempt to claim any lieu time earned.

Management, president and HR are very self serving, condescending and immature. They are stuck in a preset mind set from the late 90's and have not update their interpersonal skills. If you have a life, family or brain DO NOT work here!
