      Hi there. We understand that change is a difficult thing but we are hoping to move in a direction where things are better for everyone. Much of the change you experienced is due to our rapid growth. Also, just so you know we have plans to address our current office situation.

      - Everyone is always very willing to help you out with any question/concern...its clear that all employees see this company as their "own" and genuinely want the best for it - Management offers lots of flexibility and clearly wants all employees to be happy - you're always treated like a respected adult - Lots of opportunities to grow - management encourages you to shape your own role and find what works best for you - Machine learning (how Kira works) is a very up-and-coming space to be in and offers interesting and exciting challenges to explore

      Cons

      Sometimes things can get a bit stressful as there often isn't a set precedence to follow in terms of job duties...but this should probably be expected in a start-up anyways!

      Great place to work, but keep your ideas to yourself

      A lot of great people to work with Good work life balance (PTO is never a problem)

      Cons

      Innovation is stifled Too much work being asked of not enough staff Lots of work gets wasted on projects that don't go anywhere
