      Pros

      The facility is good. But the administrator is kind of bossy. Although I only had a few interactions with her, but I already felt that she’s tough and hard to get along with. I’m glad I don’t need to work under this kind of management.

      Below industry pay compared to other similar non-profits organizations. Very difficult to retain talents, often short on staffs.
