      Pros

      - Great work environment. We have regular team-building activities and genuinely enjoy working with each other, which is a huge plus. - Working in an office. I know it's not for everyone, but I worked virtually in the past and found that I am way more motivated in person. I've seen a clear change in my productivity and have been promoted due to this.

      Endless potential for residual and bonus commission. You can't beat residuals. Great team internally, with experience in the field. Growing at a steady, healthy pace with infrastructure fully aligned to bring on new people.
