Very biased and disrespectful management; never get things done on time; constant turn overs and over worked, pretty much like a slave, no freedom! Always new people coming and leaving. Upper management has no clue what they are doing! Felt like everything is always falling apart. Gifts brought by appreciative patients for Doctors and nurses are always taken away by administration put on raffle; cheap people. Good people can never stay long with this toxic company.

Disorganized and Poor Management Culture. Takes forever to solve an issue. Have to wait and wait to see changes. Felt like staff is not trusted with anything. Unless this culture is changed, no one can stay with them long term. I also felt like they do not fill enough necessary positions and fly by and who suffers the most? Front office, Back office, Doctors and other coordinators. They need good management to resolve issues on a long term basis, patching things around just does not work.
