None. Layoffs occur during Christmas for two weeks when the lines shut down to do inventory and other internals. After waiting week unemployment benefits can be drawn until production resumes.

Cons

Abusive environment with rediculously high turnover. Negativity surrounds the labor force with constant complaining and blaming and backstabbing. Institutionalized culture of fear.

Great people work here! Management is understanding and easy to talk to. Training is ongoing and thorough, everyone wants to help everyone succeed. The Keystone RV family is one worth joining.

Cons

Raises aren't offered often, but promotions are based on performance. OT is hard to come by..
