      Pros

      None. Layoffs occur during Christmas for two weeks when the lines shut down to do inventory and other internals. After waiting week unemployment benefits can be drawn until production resumes.

      Cons

      Abusive environment with rediculously high turnover. Negativity surrounds the labor force with constant complaining and blaming and backstabbing. Institutionalized culture of fear.

      Early days when line is working smoothly.

      Cons

      Work can be 5 days a week or 3 days a week with one week off a month. Depends on industry demand.
