Pros

There are none, absolutely none!

Cons

They have real management issues. Management seem to cover for each other. I don't think that the owner really knows what's going on in the office portion of the business and if he does than they have a much bigger problem than I thought. One manager can't seem to keep an employee. Employees are mistreated and then let go. Doesn't that tell you something? Employees are not respected at any level by certain management. Training? There really isn't any. Maxwell system training is needed and that never happened. You learn about fire equipment first before the information you need to do the job they hired you to do.

Pros

Integrity- In my opinion, this company prides itself on the core values that have been driven from the past 50 years of legacy! The company is very customer focused to the point of guaranty. My experience was, the ownership and team is committed to over communicate to the customer base to ensure best practice and best value. Empathy - There was never a time that the company would not stand behind an employee. There were policies and procedures in place as if it were a fortune 100 company to help the employees. The company makes a significant investment in continuing education for its employees to reach the very highest level of experience.

Cons

The company was on track to continue to improve daily...so no cons

They are not IT!!!!

Pros

They are very good at making the company appear to be a successful and growing company, all while they are losing customers each year as their contracts expire.

Cons

Terrible place to work, going to that company was the biggest career mistake I will ever make. Obviously I'm not the only one who feels this way because they have an employee turnover rate unlike any company I have ever witnessed, including sales, office staff and field technicians. Management is extremely disrespectful to their employees.....management feels that you are lucky to be working there and you are treated as such. The company is more concerned with making their company appear to be successful than actually attempting to make it successful. The truth is every year they lose more customers than they bring in.
