      Not many benefits to working here

      Cons

      Forces you to use your own PTO to fill in gaps without work, does not appreciate having experienced employees. Would rather hire interns and younger employees that are inexperianced, while billing out premium rates to clients. Micro-Management!!!! Think twice before using them to do your job, no integrity!

      The Pay is high if you work like a dog

      Cons

      No holiday at all. You have to take PTO even on Thanksgiving day. Multiple managers consistently miscommunicate with clients. operation team left to navigate the resulting mess. Unwillingness to approve job-related training. Even if willing to take PTO, approval is not granted. Cold and cruel Management Instances of colleagues being asked to travel for work even when their family is in the hospital.

      Flexible Schedule, CEO is very friendly.

      Cons

      Always laying people off. No job stability whatsoever. I also did not get paid enough money for the work that I was doing, and for the amount of experience and education that I had. I did not feel that my work there was valued.
