      Pros

      Great company culture and good work-life balance, remote work makes it easier to be as flexible with location as you want, the team is great and fun, the company tools are quite innovative and stand our from the crowd, attractive bonus scheme. You can learn a lot on the job ,develop yourself further and will be encouraged to do so.

      - great place to work, with a lot of flexibility and the ability to work from wherever you want. -The lack of KPIs is a refreshing change from more traditional workplaces and allows employees to manage their own time, leading to greater autonomy, job satisfaction and performance -open minded and supportive team members and CEO - based across the globe -Lean structure, no Micromanaging - great international, diverse and inclusive workplace -great startup network -no doubt, the best work-life balance company to work for ... and not only, also with the best tools and technologies out there

      - Personally nothing to say! however, if you thrive with a team around you on a daily basis (not just virtually but in presence), you will not necessarily find this here
