      Toxic toxic environment. Warning to applicants

      Pros

      Not really any pros to working here. Potentially good experience in trying to learn to do something as fast as possible with no training.

      Cons

      CEO, HR, and management are extremely rude to employees. They constantly belittle and degrade employees in public in front of others. Lots of foul language is constantly being used as well. There is no training and you are expected to perform at 100% right away. Constant harassment for hitting goals. Expected to work many weekends without much notice. Really bad and toxic place to work.

      Free parking, Decent knowledgeable coworkers to work with.

      Cons

      Obsolete technologies, boring domain. No planning No estimates Horrible way of driving a development project. Toxic env, Micro management from top management. Continuous layoffs, not reliable at all.
