Hard to see any with the issues they have on top of trying to merge with another subpar company. Faulty product and lacks any type of continuity.

Lack of people willing to step up and take ownership. Want to be a top product , yet development and basic functionality lacks heavily. Talk is cheap and follow through is minimal. Trying to merge with PatientPop and become Tebra. Lightyears behind our competitors before the merger and no even a logo to share. Inefficiencies are rampant in processes and hard to support our clients. Same issues over and over again with no resolution in sight. NO 401k match!!! Pathetic!!!

Pros

If you work in finances you can do so much better than entering here, pay is not that good and also they will make you work double or triple if they can, they don't have bonuses and they don't raise salaries either.

Cons

You need to be ready to do tasks that are not your responsibility, like reception backup, looking for chairs and missing nonesense, help and assist everyone but if you make a mistake you're wrong, also, they will take your money as soon as they can if you leave them and they won't hesitate to look for any excuse to fire you without responsibility, they fired a girl from HR because she was new and made a mistake and fired her without responsibility at all. they will make you work a lot every single day because they don't want to hire anyone else.

- A lot of new blood coming in from really great companies who are all pushing Kareo to implement better processes, product road maps, structure, etc. - Transparent leadership team - A lot of exciting things happening internally - Competitive salary

Cons

- Product seems to slow everything down with their lack of a roadmap. - Maternity and paternity leave is a joke, especially for a healthcare company. - Too many internal platforms instead of someone in IT selecting tech stacks on behalf of the company. - Need more leadership structure at the top

-My direct peers are some of the best people I've ever worked with -Product (when functioning) is pretty decent; healthcare community is awesome -For the most part, you can do what you need to do to get the job done

-Holy moly, this company went from employee-focused to bottom line-focused in such a short time-span. -Complete lack of communication - between leadership teams and even to the layers below. -No clear roles/responsibilities. -Competing agendas because of lack of communication. -Product instability - need more competency to fix major outages. -Leadership, while well aware of the challenges, chooses not to address them. -Benefits aren't comparable to other 'like' companies, especially the unlimited PTO which is a joke because you are too busy to take it.

You have a lot of benefits and great partners, as well as growing opportunities!

Communication between department leaders and partners to improve processes and documentation is not as smooth as I would like.

- a bit all over the place - trained in generic, new rep, setting for a month then told that was the wrong way to apply that rolling into the position hired for - have to be as exact with talk track even though they don't provide a script
