Interview
45 min call with a quirky recruiter but I didn't mind her because she asked some good questions to understand my background. I moved to the next round with the hiring manager and I was further excited about the role but was not selected to proceed further - I am not bummed about not being moved to next round as much as I am bummed about how I was rejected. Hence, I am writing this review in the first place.
Instead of her writing to me personally about how I didn't make it to the next round, I got an automated email from their ATS that didn't even have a custom message created for the different rounds. I got the generic message saying "after careful review of your resume...". Very rude to say the least, I am so happy I learnt about this sooner rather than later.InterviewName one instance when your EQ was challenged in your job and how did you overcome it?
