Pros

I have worked here since December 2016 and I can say I am having a great time. The staff here that I work with is very enthusiastic, we have very good connection and relationship this is a work place where you can have fun while at work because there is no stress and everyone is helpful. The employer is very kind and considerate they always make sure that they're employees are not having issues at work, they check on us once in a while and asks for feedback. My manager is very helpful specially on schedules I sometimes request.

Cons

The Company doesn't provide you with the health benefits, That is all I can comment other than that they provide the salary based on your experience and performance after.

Pros

KLB Canada will pay you for transportation to work ( take in charge communauto or STM card) and provide at least 3 weeks vacation.

Cons

No compension, no prime, salary increase are difficult and they usually try to avoid paying employees more than 80k$ even with 10 years experience. The company will always try to put in some mission that does not fit to the your profile.
