      Senior leadership doesn't fight for their employees

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.

      Most of the managment was great to work with and left you alone.

      The pay and bonus structure was way below industry standards. The benefit plan and vacation days were laughable.
