Pros
Great company, pay and benefits. Executive leaders really care about employees and do what is right for them. Strong and well managed.
Cons
Some employees, especially career ones, can be very entitled. They really dont appreciate how good they have it from a pay, benefits and job security perspective. They have been shielded from what employees in other companies have endured in terms off layoffs and cutbacks.
