Salary ontime Managers open to let you try new things (depends on managers and team too) No Micromanagment (still depends on team, few managers do care about lunch timing)

Pros

No pros for people with good profile and education.

Cons

Company is stagnant with no product innovation and improvement. They are just running on past collected data which is displayed in extremely unorganised and chaotic manner to the user. A lot of internal politics where mediocre guys in the Operations team would gang up against outsiders coming with good pedigree and experience. Interstingly, the Enterprise value of Justdial is negative. The old crowd is extremely mediocre and the Average IQ of the company is not more than 80.
