      Juniper has a really positive culture. People are caring, supportive, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like a team where people are approachable and willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      The environment requires a lot of initiative and ownership. It may not be the best fit for someone who needs very clear structure, detailed direction, or a more established process to follow.

Startup energy means lots of room to grow, stretch your skills, and make real impact. Work feels meaningful and you can see what you’ve contributed. Monthly company and team socials + holiday events keep the culture fun and human. <3

      Not a con, but if you need a super structured, slow-paced environment, it might not be your vibe. Things move fast and priorities can shift, so being adaptable is key at Juniper.
